| After a 4pm bedtime on New Years Eve, This 10 kilometre walk along the coast from Menton to Monaco was just what we all needed. (The 31st was a lovely dinner party in Monaco, watching a few fireworks from behind the palace and and then dancing to the band at the Casino Monte Carlo with our bottles of champagne, and then a few lickle bars....hic!. )We had lunch in the sun and watched the sky divers parachuting down onto the beach next to us at Roquebrune and finally ended up seeing the Monaco christmas lights before finally wending our way home.
